Who we are

C.D.P. DIGIMPACT LTD is the publisher and data controller identified for SolGambles. This notice explains the website’s handling of personal data and how to contact us. SolGambles does not operate player accounts, accept stakes or hold gambling balances.

Information and purposes

InformationPurpose and basis
Technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, request time and security eventsDelivering and protecting the website, diagnosing faults and preventing abuse. The basis is our legitimate interests in operating a secure website.
Email address, name if provided, message content and attachments sent to usHandling enquiries and corrections: legitimate interests in answering correspondence. For information necessary to take steps towards a contract at your request, the contractual basis applies. Handling legally required data-rights obligations relies on the applicable legal obligation.

Technical records may contain IP addresses and personal information included in requested URLs. Do not email passwords, full card numbers, identity documents or bank statements as part of an ordinary editorial enquiry.

Cookie preferences

When you save a cookie choice, a first-party preference cookie remembers your selection and notice version for 90 days. Its purpose is to respect your privacy settings; it is not an advertising identifier. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Optional tracking remains disabled. See our cookie notice for storage details.

Affiliate links and optional attribution

Casino visit links use the referral service redirly.cc. When you choose to follow one, the referral service receives the originating page address, partner identifier and link position, together with network information such as your IP address and browser request headers. The originating page address excludes query parameters and fragments. Optional source attribution remains disabled. Referral and click identifiers are not necessarily anonymous.

Our link builder removes the page query string and fragment from the page address included in an affiliate URL. This does not anonymise the whole request or establish what a tracker or operator records. We will not treat legitimate interests as a substitute for any consent required for optional device storage or access.

Service providers and recipients

The website uses Friendhosting hosting in the Netherlands and Cloudflare services for delivery and security. Messages sent to [email protected] are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google Gmail mailbox. These services receive the information needed to deliver the website or route and store correspondence.

Retention and international processing

Our retention schedule is set out below. Optional attribution remains disabled on this website; the click-record period covers records already held or collected if that feature is subsequently enabled with the required safeguards.

RecordsRetention
Origin-server technical logsDeleted or overwritten after 14–30 days; up to 90 days for an active cybersecurity investigation.
Cloudflare routing and security logsAggregated or purged within 30 days.
Resolved correspondenceUp to 12 months after the last message for quality assurance and dispute prevention, then deleted.
Affiliate click records, where held3–12 months according to the audit and commercial reconciliation purpose, then reduced to anonymous statistical summaries. Pseudonymous identifiers remain personal data where individuals can be identified.

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally. We do not represent all processing as confined to the UK or EEA. Applicable safeguards depend on the service and transfer, including adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards where required. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data and how to obtain a copy.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data. Data portability applies to qualifying data you provided where processing is automated and based on consent or a contract. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Explain the processing concerned when contacting us.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Optional attribution is disabled on this website; it must not be activated until a working consent and withdrawal mechanism is available.

Requests and complaints

Email [email protected] with your request. A special subject line is not required. We may ask for proportionate information where necessary to establish identity; we do not routinely require identity documents for every request.

We will handle requests without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period, normally one calendar month. Where the law permits an extension for complexity or number of requests, we will explain the reason and notify you within the required period. A calendar month is not a fixed 30-day period. Requests are normally free of charge, subject to lawful exceptions.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to complete our complaints process before exercising that right.
